EXECUTIVES & DIRECTORS
As President & Chief Executive Officer of Workforce, Zach Roberts' responsibilities include general oversight, supervision, and evaluation of the overall operations of the company and the performance of the Work Injury Management, Employer Services, and Medical Bill Repricing Divisions.
Roberts started managing work injury claims in 2012 with Workforce as the Services Director. In 2015, he was named Executive Director and entered into a corporate partnership with the original founder of Workforce to mutually own the company. He was then named the President & Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed corporate entity in 2018.
Outside of work injury management, Zach also officiated professional ice hockey for nearly twenty years in the American Hockey League and the ECHL; and NCAA Division I Men's ice hockey in the Big Ten Conference.
He is a native of the Pittsburgh, PA area. He attended Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School and earned both his Bachelor's Degree & Master's Degree in Business Administration from South University.
He and his wife reside in Murrysville, PA with their son, Connor, and daughters, Riley and Reagan.
Madeline "Maddie" Stump started managing work injury claims with Workforce as a Case Manager in 2015. In her current role as Director of Case Management & Employer Services, her responsibilities include assisting in general oversight, supervision, and evaluation of the overall operations of the company and the performance of the Work Injury Management and Employer Services Divisions.
Maddie is a native of the Pittsburgh area where she attended Keystone Oaks High School. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs.
As the Director of Repricing Services for Workforce, Kris’s responsibilities include management an coordination of the medical bill repricing division, along with various duties for all three divisions of the company.
Kris started with Workforce in 2018. She graduated from Derry Area High School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Kris has previously worked for Emerson Process Management as a procurement engineer before taking time off to raise her children.
Outside of work, she enjoys coaching her daughter’s lacrosse team and taking road trips with her family. Kris and her husband, Chad, currently live in Murrysville, PA with their two children, Noah and Samantha.
As Finance Manager at Workforce Kim is responsible to coordinate the Accounting & Finance Department of the corporation.
Kim started with Workforce in 2009 and previously managed the Roanoke, Virginia branch office of the corporation. Outside the office, Kim enjoys biking, running, and teaching multiple fitness classes.
She currently resides in Roanoke, VA with her husband Michael and five children.
As Director of Business Development at Workforce, Jaime is responsible for developing new business opportunities, assisting the organization obtain better brand recognition, and overall growth. She also coordinates with company executives and marketing professionals in reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas.
Jaime also recommends new products or services to our current clients. Additionally, she leads the corporate team in oversight of internal processes and procedures
She currently resides in the Pittsburgh, PA area with her husband and three children.
