Madeline "Maddie" Stump started managing work injury claims witH Workforce as a Case Manager in 2015. In her current role as Director of Case Management & Employer Services, her responsibilities include assisting in general oversight, supervision, and evaluation of the overall operations of the company and the performance of the Work Injury Management and Employer Services Divisions.

Maddie is a native of the Pittsburgh area where she attended Keystone Oaks High School. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs.

ABBY HAUBRICH

Assistant Director of Case Management & Employer Services

As Assistant Director of Case Management and Employer Services at Workforce, Abby’s responsibilities include accessing injured workers to high quality and appropriate medical care, scheduling and preparing injured workers for appointments/testing, and communicating with injured workers, employers, and medical providers throughout the lifecycle of reported work injury claims.

She started managing work injury claims in 2018 with Workforce. Previously, she had worked in Radiology Registration at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She is a native of the Pittsburgh, PA area and attended Highlands High School. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Seton Hill University and graduated from their MBA in Management program in 2020.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking/baking, doing arts and crafts with her kids, traveling, and watching movies. She and her husband Josh reside in Irwin, PA with their twin boys, Jordy and Jaxon.

As a Claims Management Specialist at Workforce, Ashley’s responsibilities include accessing injured workers to high quality and appropriate medical care, scheduling and preparing injured workers for appointments and testing, and communicating with injured workers, employers, and physicians/providers through the life of their reported work injury cases

Ashley started with Workforce in 2022. Her professional background includes experience in both the insurance claims management and heavy construction fields. Ashley and her husband, Ryan, currently live in Manor, PA with their three children.

As a Claims Management Specialist at Workforce, Kari Zigarovich's responsibilities include accessing injured workers to high quality and appropriate medical care, scheduling and preparing injured workers for appointments and testing, and communicating with injured workers, employers and physicians/providers through the life of their reported work injury cases.

Kari started with Workforce in early 2023. Her professional background includes experience in both the financial sector and insurance claim management. Kari and her husband currently live in North Huntington, PA with their two children.

DENNIS ALLEN

Medical Provider Panel Specialist

As Medical Provider Panel Specialist of Workforce, Dennis' responsibilities include coordinating the preferred medical provider panel creation and continued accuracy of existing panels annually while also assisting with various administrative duties for all divisions of the company.

Dennis started with Workforce in 2017. He had worked previously in the education in adult education and trade school administration field for over thirty years. Outside the office, Dennis enjoys biking, craftsmanship, woodworking, and spending time with his six grandchildren. Dennis and his wife have two daughters and currently live in Penn Township, PA.
